This crazy simple BIAB recipe by Chris and Bryce is a juicy, hazy, cloudy session NEIPA, a previous Wort Hogs club competition winner. The water profile is based off of de-chlorinated Herndon, VA water. A lower Session ABV% can be attained by upping the gallons of water a bit. If it aint hazy, it aint right.

Notes
06/15/2019 - Brew Day - 156F down to 153F Mash Temp - Got almost 3 gallons into the stainless fermenter. Threw chiller in and whirlpooled for 20 minutes while it was chilling. Pitched yeast and fermented at 66 ambiant in the basement. 06/16/2019 - Dry hopped (active fermentation, bubbler air lock activity) 4 oz of hops. 06/17/2019 - Fermentation activity still going. 1 more oz of Galaxy DH 06/18/2019 - Airlock gas smells good, still popping a bit. Picked up brewbucket and swirled around to rouse yeast. Smells pretty good, maybe want to try and filter the beer on the way to the keg. 06/23/2019 - Target Kegging
